When it comes to mind, what do you think a little pageant girl goes through? On TV it looks so fun and amazing, but what do the girls have to say not on camera? You will get punished most of the time if you do one step in your routine wrong. Does it really matter? Why can't they judge you on the fun you're having, not by the way your forced smile looks, and how your robot steps are. Parents go through a lot to, they spend so much money on a pageant and your child will always make a mistake. So what's the point? We say be natural, and enjoy your childhood.

I do really agree that nobody should be taking part in these shows. These kids are tiny, and if they start life only worrying about their clothes, imajine how twisted they are going to end up. But really, I don't see how they could judge ppl. on how much fun they are having, because that is hard to tell- I just don't think ppl. should be participating in these in the first place.

ReplyDeletei agree with critiquer that toldders and tiaras is a show that shouldent be on tv. these little kids are being put through so much, for a minute of stagetime. i feel pagents for this age group isnt as much as a contest for the contestants as much it is for the parents.
ReplyDeleteWell Dumb and Dumber these little girls actually love to dress up as princesses and they have fun doing it, but they are too young to be putting make-up on and getting spray tans!
